Absolutely wonderful traders!!!!! Faultless in their communication & service. Our garden shed is up and surviving the 70km wind gusts we have going on in Canterbury. For such a lightweight shed it is extremely sturdy & looks sooooo much better than the metal ones from the hardware stores. Thank you very, very much !!!!!!!!!!
Ordered my twinwall polycarbonate panel. Three days later, way down here in Whanganui, i had it in my possession. Bloody awesome. No drama, no hassle, great quick communication, clear and friendly as.
Called Supreme Plastic Roofing, the only ones who gave a toss to help a small residential customer. She treated me like i was a big commercial customer. I had the option to pick up from Alsynite in Palmy which isnt far, I live in Whanganui, who were also amazing and gave epic service.
No more rain coming in my back door again , cheers!

This next part will be a bit detailed and boring but could help if you've experienced this and have had zero help from a weeks worth of contact with multiple businesses all over the place! Full blown rabbit warren it was. Feels like ive won lotto.
How i ended up contacting these guys...
My insert in the back porch awning blew out and the company i sourced the back awning canopy from, Toughout, said I needed to buy a whole complete awning set, brackets n all, and start again... yeah nah. They don't provide replacement sheets or help you to source one, wasnt interested.
I'd been searching for this odd size that local stores didnt provide or was the same cost as a new awning over the back door... really?! Had to fit a 1.5mx1m canopy so had to be slightly smaller to fit with expansion, bracket dimensions etc. The big problem was trying to find 6mm thickness in a bigger size and cut to size. Problem solved in one phone call.
