Wow - super fast communication & delivery next day. Very kindly refunded a roll of tape because I didn't need very much product and just gave me some instead. Most businesses wouldn't be worried about the customer having to buy too much product for the item - unexpected excellent customer service !

Staff not friendly. Insisted I remove my on leash dog from the air conditioning showroom and put it in my 29 degC car. That would be inhumane! I checked before I traveled right across town on their Website and no where does it say 'not dog friendly'. Not getting my business! If I could give a minus star rating I would.

This company has absolutely amazing their website easy to read great communication sent out samples to me. We picked the carpet. And within a week. It was installed and looks absolutely fabulous. The quality is amazing. The pricing is the best. I've seen so far. I couldn't recommend recommend this place. Any more than 10 stars!
