Covid-19: What has changed to ensure there is no spread?

To our valued Customers

As you may be aware we will be moving out of level 4 lock down and into alert level 3 at 12am Tuesday 28 April.

Supreme Plastic roofing will reopen at 8am on Tuesday the 28 April. Our operations will be different in alert level 3 as our main goal is to keep our staff and customers safe and to do our part to help stop the spread of Covid 19.

What has changed to ensure there is no spread?

Showroom
Our show room will be closed during alert level 3. No customers will be allowed to enter. All courier collections and drop offs please drive around to the back of the building and one of our staff members canassist you.

Warehouse
Your order will be processed as usual but under isolation, hygiene and physical distancing protocols.

Pickups
Orders can be picked up from our factory but must be placed online and paid for beforehand. Again these will be contactless pickups we will let you know a date and time to collect once the order has been paid. We will not be accepting any on-site payments. Details of how to pay will be sent with your invoice.

Deliveries
Local deliveries can be delivered by us on the next available delivery run to your area, a freight charge will apply. These will be contactless deliveries and we will only deliver if we can be assured the site is setup for a contactless delivery.

What will remain the same during alert level 3 ?

Ordering of product
You can order as you usually do online or over the phone. We will still have a team on-site that will be processing orders and answering any queries you may have by phone or email.
